Privacy Policy

Pick Pro Parts operates Fel-Pro Gaskets at fel-progaskets.com. This page describes the information the store collects, how payment is handled, and how to reach us about it. The store does not require an account.

Information we collect

• Vehicle and part-number searches you submit, so we can look up fitment and products. Those lookups read the product catalog stored in Supabase. The catalog itself is product data, not customer data.
• Cart contents, saved in your browser's local storage under fel_progaskets_cart. That data stays on your device until you clear it.
• Checkout details collected by Stripe: name, email address, and shipping address, plus the card or wallet payment you choose. We store the order (name, email, shipping address, parts, amounts, and the Stripe payment reference) in Supabase so we can ship the order, handle returns, and keep records.
• Basic server logs from hosting, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested.

We do not ask for a phone number at checkout. If you call 408-327-1023, we will have the number you used to reach us.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and bank details are entered on Stripe Checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe's processing is covered by Stripe's privacy policy. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not run a service such as Google Analytics. Cart contents use local storage, not cookies. You can remove them in your browser settings.

How we use information

We use order information to take payment, ship parts within the contiguous United States, process returns and refunds, and answer questions about an order. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or military addresses. We use catalog searches to show parts that fit the vehicle or part number you asked about. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process the payment.
• Supabase, which hosts the product catalog and our order records.
• The carrier that ships the order, which receives the delivery name and address.
• Vercel, which hosts the website and may deliver product photos.

Requests

To ask what order information we have, or to correct it, email kintex2@gmail.com. Order records are kept as long as we need them to fulfill orders, handle returns, and meet accounting requirements. The store is not directed at children.
