Terms of Sale

These terms cover purchases from Pick Pro Parts, the seller of the Fel-Pro Gaskets online store at fel-progaskets.com. The business address is 1432 Old Bayshore Hwy, San Jose, CA 95112. Placing an order means you agree to these terms, the shipping page, and the Return & Refund Policy.

Online store

The store is online only. We ship orders. We do not offer in-person visits, counter sales, or pickup at the business address.

Products and fitment

We sell new Fel-Pro parts as an independent seller. We are not Fel-Pro, and the product pages describe the manufacturer's catalog information we have on file. You are responsible for confirming that a part fits your vehicle before you order, using the fitment shown on the product page. If we send a different part than the one you ordered, or it arrives damaged, contact us and we cover it under the return policy. If the part you ordered does not fit, the standard 30-day return applies.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are the amount charged for the part. Sales tax may be added at checkout. The cart shows the shipping rate before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe. We charge the card or wallet you submit when the order is placed. An order is accepted when Stripe confirms the payment.

Shipping

We ship UPS Ground to addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or military addresses. Orders ship within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Transit time is 1 to 6 business days. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the shipment to the address you provided.

Returns

Returns and refunds follow the Return & Refund Policy. Standard returns are accepted for 30 days from delivery on unused, uninstalled items in the original packaging. You pay return shipping, there is no restocking fee, and we do not offer exchanges. The refund goes back to the original Stripe payment method after we receive and inspect the item.

Warranty

We do not add a separate written warranty beyond the Return & Refund Policy. Any manufacturer warranty is Fel-Pro's, not an extra warranty from Pick Pro Parts.

Liability

Parts are sold as cataloged for you to install, or have installed, on a vehicle. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under the law.

Law
